She started her own biz, Leverage, in 2018 with a focus on myofascial bodywork and "deep tissue" for strength athletes and people living with chronic pain. Steph is passionate about providing evidence based yet intuitive therapies with no lofty claims and ensuring that her clients feel at ease and validated.
